About Troy green
Troy was a neighbourhood bully and friend of Randy's. He and Keith assisted Randy in his criminal endeavours and extortion schemes, until they unwittingly caused the rise of Jeff the Killer.
Randy and his friends Troy and Keith built up an extortion racket collecting protection money from those who wanted to be allowed to get onto the school bus.
After Randy's death, Troy and Keith both chased Jeff up the stairs (Randy came back as a ghost a little after )
